The Collin County Sheriff’s Office respectfully requests the court’s approval of the Town of Fairview FY 2023 Interlocal Jail Services Agreement amendment. The amendment is effective October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Interlocal Agreement for contract number 2020-420, Jail Services, Town of Fairview, for the period October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023, and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same.
