Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award contract 2022-445, YMCA Adventure Camp HVAC Rentals to HERC Rentals, Inc. through their OMNIA Partners Cooperative Contract No. 2019000318 for the rental of two (2) twenty (20) ton industrial air conditioners for the monthly amount of $11,173 and an estimated rental period to March 2023 for a total amount of $67,038.00. MD

Note: Units were originally rented by the YMCA and Collin County is taking over the rentals while the HVAC RTU replacement project is being completed. Quote is not required to be signed by Purchasing Agent.
