Department Action

Collin County has acquired land for transportation projects for the Outer Loop. Sendera Title has issued a refund for overpayment of recording fees on VSS Limited Partnership (Outer Loop Parcel 46).

The funds, totaling $50.80, were received by the County Treasury and deposited into the revenue account for the respective project code. The requested BA will move the funds from a revenue account to an expenditure account within the project code they were originally paid out of.

Action Requested: It is requested that Commissioners Court authorize the budget adjustment of moving $50.80 FROM 4215-75030-0013-68-00-0000-432001 TO RI18OL002-4215-750300013-809682
