Respectfully request the Court to consider and approve the enclosed Amendment for the Van Alstyne Municipal Utility District No. 3 for Ambulance Services. The MUD is an associate member to the existing Ambulance Contract RFP No. 2018-139.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No.1 to Interlocal Agreement for contract 2022-116, with Van Alstyne Municipal Utility District No. 3, for Ambulance Services to (1) modify §1.2 Term of Agreement as outlined in attached contract modification document; (2) renew the contract for a one-year period, from November 1, 2022 through and including October 31, 2023; and (3) authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. mlm
