Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract with Tyler Technologies for Tyler Jury SMS and eResponse. This renewal, billed separately by the vendor, is part of the Tyler Jury management system. The FY23 renewal is budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The cost of this part of the renewal is $124,973.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to renew Tyler Jury SMS and eResponse (01318-09) with Tyler Technologies Inc. for the period of April 20, 2023 through April 19, 2024, per the attached in the amount of $124,973.00. ha.
Note: Tyler Technologies, Inc. is the sole source provider for Odyssey Software Systems per Court Order No. 2015-714-09-28.
