In accordance with Local Government Code Sec. 351.0415(c), we are respectfully requesting approval to use the Collin County Sheriff’s Office Fund 734 – Inmate Commissary Account Number 700020134 for the purchase of the following items for inmate programs.

estimated cost of $123.90
