Attached you will find the Interlocal Agreement for Traffic Regulation to Magnolia Pointe. This agreement will extend Collin County's traffic regulations to the public roads within Magnolia Pointe.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Traffic Regulation in Special Districts - Magnolia Pointe MUD No. 1 and further authorize the County Judge to execute same. Initial term of the agreement begins on the date of approval and continues in full force and effect until September 30, 2024.
