Department Action

The Collin County Sheriff’s Office respectfully requests Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Budget Adjustment #1 for Base Confinement Contract HHS001193700005. This COVID-19 Detection and Mitigation in Confinement Facilities contract was originally accepted per Court Order 2022-1271-11-21, AI-53204. This budget amendment is to move funds between categories, resulting in a net-zero dollar change to the total budget. The total budget for the grant award will remain at $1,138,031.00. The grant term expires July 31, 2024.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) contract HHS001193700005 for Covid-19 Detection and Mitigation in Confinement Facilities and authorize County Judge to execute same. MC

HR and/or IT Action

Budget Department Action

Request approval of Amendment No. 1 to the COVID-19 Detection and Mitigation in Confinement Facilities grant to re-allocate grant funds between categories. No change in total award.
