Department Action

Collin County has acquired land for US 380 and Collin County Outer Loop. Sendera Title has issued refunds for overpayment of recording fees on five (5) parcels.

Sendera has also issued a refund for Taas-parcel 20 for Park Blvd. A developer designated ROW on this parcel when platting, therefore the County did not have to purchase.

The funds totaling $2,464.00 were received by the County Treasury and deposited into the revenue account for the respective project code. The requested BA will move the funds from a revenue account to an expenditure account within the project code they were originally paid out of.
