Department Action

In accordance with Local Government Code Sec. 351.0415(c), we are respectfully requesting approval to use the Collin County Sheriff’s Office Fund 734 – Inmate Commissary Account Number 700020134 for the following purposes.

Renew the GED Academy Offline Study Program through April 21, 2024 and issue payment to Essential Education for up to a total amount of $1,875.00.

Total requesting to disperse from the Collin County Sheriff’s Office Fund 734 – Inmate Commissary Account Number 700020134 shall not exceed $1,875.00.

Purchasing Department Action

No action by Purchasing. Purchasing policies and procedures will apply to all purchases at or exceeding $50,000.

Budget Department Action

Funding in the amount of $1,875 to come from the Commissary Fund.
