The Collin County Information Technology department requests approval for a budget amendment to fund the purchase of three (3) Fujitsu FI-870 scanners to be used by the departments adopting EnerGov in order to facilitate customer permit application submittals. Request is to move $3,170 from TI03FIN-4405-060400011-809901 to TI03FIN-4405-060400011-809002.
