We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court to approve the Amendment to the Animal Control Services Agreement with Town of Prosper. This Amendment provides for an extension of the contract for a 1-year period from October 1, 2020, and continuing through and including September 30, 2021.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 14 to the Interlocal Agreement for Animal Control Services between Collin County and the Town of Prosper, AGR 10110-09, to set the rate for FY2021 to be effective October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2021; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. slh
