I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve Amendment #2 to the Ambulance Service Interlocal Agreement with City of Blue Ridge for Collin County to provide EMS services through American Medical Response (AMR).

Purchasing Department Action

Requesting Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Interlocal Agreement for Ambulance Services with the City of Blue Ridge, contract 2019-087, to set the rate for FY21 and include Force Majeure language, to be effective November 1, 2020, through October 31, 2021, and further authorization for Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the same.
