Department Action

The Collin County Sheriff's Office respectfully request the court's approval of the FY2022 Amendment to the Jail Services Agreement with Wise County Jail effective October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022. This Agreement is extended with the option for either party to terminate the contract with ninety (90) days written notice.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 3 to the Interlocal Jail Services Agreement between Collin County and Wise County, AGR 2019-085, for the period October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. sc

Funds available upon adoption of the FY 2022 Budget for Amendment No. 3 to the Interlocal Agreement for Jail Services with Wise County from October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022. Compensation to Wise County in the amount of $56 per inmate per day stated in the original agreement. General Fund (0001).
