Department Action

In accordance with Local Government Code Sec. 351.0415(c), we are respectfully requesting approval to use the Collin County Sheriff’s Office Fund 734 – Inmate Commissary Account Number 700020134 for the following purposes.

Reimbursement payment to the Collin County General Fund in the total amount of $12,000.00 for the Inmate Programs Law Library LexisNexis annual subscription renewal period of 11/1/22 – 10/31/23. This was originally paid from the General Fund via check #531774 on 2/14/23. Repayment to the General Fund account (GL# 0001-50030-0001-64-30-0000-615510) will be made via a reimbursement check issued from the Inmate Commissary account.

Total requesting to disperse from the Collin County Sheriff’s Office Fund 734 – Inmate Commissary Account Number 700020134 is $12,000.00.
