Department Action
In accordance with Local Government Code Sec. 351.0415(c), we are respectfully requesting approval to use the Collin County Sheriff’s Office Fund 734 – Inmate Commissary Account Number 700020134 for the following purposes.
 
  1. Purchase of 250 cases of toilet paper from Pollack (Contract 2023-108, line 49) in the total amount of $11,632.50.
  2. Purchase of 30 Disinfectant Maxim (5 gallon) from Pollack (Buy Board 649-21) in the total amount of $1,343.10.
  3. Purchase of 200 cases of 60 gallon trash bags from MANS Distributor (Contract 2023-108, line 39) in the total amount of $6,510.00.
  4. Purchase of 5 cases of paper spoons from Bob Barker (Buy Board 669-22) in the total amount of $838.20.
  5. Purchase of 8 pod soap (2 gallon) from Bob Barker (Buy Board 669-22) in the total amount of $441.92.
  6. Purchase of 20 cases of mat covers from Bob Barker (Contract 2023-188, line 4) in the total amount of $900.00.
  7. Purchase of 100 clear mats 25x75x4 from ICS Jail Supplies (Buy Board 669-22) in the total amount of $5,458.00.
  8. Purchase of 8 Ecolab T-S Break from EcoLab (Contract 2021-345) in the total amount of $887.60.
  9. Purchase of 240 Large Orange EVA Shoes from Victory Supply (Contract 2023-188, line 129) in the total amount of $1,240.80.
  10. Purchase of 240 XL Orange EVA Shoes from Victory Supply (Contract 2023-188, line 130) in the total amount of $1,240.80.
 
Total requesting to disperse from the Collin County Sheriff’s Office Fund 734 – Inmate Commissary Account Number 700020134 shall not exceed $30,492.92.
