Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioners Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract with Election Systems & Software, LLC for elections software and hardware support. The FY25 renewal is budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The cost of this part of the renewal is $566,618.41.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment 10 to contract 2018-241, Election Voting System & Services with Election System and Software, LLC to: 1.) Renew for the period of July 01, 2025 through June 30, 2026; and 2.) update pricing per the attached documents. FY25 expenditures to date are $502,519.27. FY24 expenditures were $1,731,887.86. GS
