BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

1.				Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

	a.		45775	Disbursements for the period ending November 27, 2018, Auditor.

	b.		45817	Amendment to the contract with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) for Contract No. HHS000047600001, Amendment No. 1: Tuberculosis Prevention and Control (Federal Funds) to accept the FY 2019 grant award and further extend the contract through and including December 31, 2019, Health Care.
