				EXECUTIVE SESSION (upon recess of GENERAL DISCUSSION)

				Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code, to discuss the following subjects:

			42066	Consult with an attorney regarding Ohio v. US, Case No. 2:15-cv-321, Administrative Services.

			42078	Consult with an attorney regarding Arch Resorts, LLC v. City of McKinney, Texas, Cause No. 05-15-01108-CV, Administrative Services.

				The court reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.

				Any action resulting from the executive session.
