NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE COLLIN COUNTY TOLL ROAD AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Toll Road Authority Board of Directors will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:
COLLIN COUNTY TOLL ROAD AUTHORITY MEETING


1.			Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

2.			Consent agenda to approve:

	a.	42457	Disbursements for the period ending November 15, 2016, Auditor.

			Attachments:
			Court Order
			FY2017 TollRoad Disbursements

	b.	42436	Budget amendment in the amount of $100,000 to establish a Legal Expense account to cover legal costs associated with the acquisition of right-of-way for the future Collin County Outer Loop from the Collin/Denton County Line to State Highway 289, Special Projects.

			EXECUTIVE SESSION

			Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.

			The board reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.
