Department Action
The Engineering Department received a request from the City of Anna for a thirty (30) foot water and sewer line easement across County owned property adjacent to the Collin County Outer Loop east of U.S. Highway No. 75. (Letter Attached)

As shown on the attached exhibits, this easement runs along the north side of the Outer Loop generally east and west of West Foster Crossing Road.

Additionally, the City is requesting that the County convey a Deed for the portion of West Foster Crossing Road right-of-way located on County owned property. As stated in their letter, the City has agreed to take over maintenance responsibility for this short section of roadway.

If approved, Judge Self’s execution of the attached deed and Easement documents is requested and we will be available to answer any questions you might have regarding this matter.
