I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve the contract renewal between Collin County and American Medical Response for the annual subsidy of $830,485.00.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of contract renewal for Services, Emergency Medical Ambulance, RFP 2013-016 at the same terms and conditions set forth for $830,485.00 during the period November 1, 2016 through October 31, 2017. Payment will be made monthly, eleven (11) months in the amount $69,207.08 and one (1) month in the amount $69,207.12 per the agreement. go
