Department Action

I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve the renewal ILA between Collin County and the Town of St. Paul to provide fire inspection and fire plan review services. Section 352.019 (C) of the Texas Local Government Code provides the ability to the Fire Marshal’s Office to enforce orders and decrees within a municipality in the county when specifically required to do so by interlocal agreement.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of renewal of Interlocal Agreement No. 2015-121, between Town of Saint Paul and Collin County for Fire Inspection and Fire Plan Review Services for Commercial Buildings for the period October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. Annual payment in the amount of $1,295.00, shall be paid in quarterly installments of $323.75. go
