Brian and Paula Edwards, owner of lots 4 and 5, Blk A of the Sunset Point Subdivision request Commissioners Court consider approval of the combining of the two lots into one lot in the Re-Plat of lot 4R. (See replat attached)

Since this re-plat does not affect any property owners’ rights, Commissioners Court may approve without the need for a public hearing.

We recommend Commissioners Court consider approval of the Replat of Lot 4R, Block A, Sunset Point Subdivision and authorize Judge Self to sign the plat.
