Department Action

I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve the attached contract amendment to extend the ILA contract providing the City of Farmersville fire inspection and fire plan review services from October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. Section 352.019 (C) of the Texas Local Government Code provides the ability to the Fire Marshal’s Office to enforce orders and decrees within a municipality in the county when specifically required to do so by interlocal agreement.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of amendment #3 for Interlocal Agreement No. 2014-058, between City of Farmersville and Collin County for Fire Inspection and Fire Plan Review Services for Commercial Buildings for the period October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. Annual payment in the amount of $5,750.00 shall be paid quarterly in four (4) equal installments of $1,437.50 per the agreement, further authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. go
