Department Action

We request Commissioners Court consider approval of the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Richardson concerning the Intersection Improvements on US 75 at Renner Rd. NEW Discretionary Bond Project # 07-00-58.

The project shall consist of The Project shall consist of right turns only and acceleration/deceleration lanes. See Project Map attached.

The City estimates the total cost to be $820,000. The City is requesting that the County participate in funding not to exceed $410,000.

The county approved Discretionary Funding for this project on October 20, 2014, CO# 2014-810-10-20.

We request Commissioners Court consider approval of the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Richardson concerning the Intersection Improvements on US 75 at Renner Rd. NEW Discretionary Bond Project # 07-00-58.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Richardson concerning the construction of Renner Road at US 75 Intersection Improvements, further authorize County Judge to execute same. md

Collin County's participation is a NTE $410,000
