This is to request approval of contract amendment of the Texas Indigent Defense Commission FY 2014 single-year Discretionary Grant for eManagement, contract 212-14-D05, in the amount of $436,240. The amendment extends the grant period from March 31, 2017 to August 30, 2017. The grant award was accepted on court order # 2013-838-10-14.
