Department Action

The Engineering Department would like to provide a status report and address some design issues that have arisen as this project has progressed.
Due to these design issues, there would be additional design fees resulting from grade separating the roadway as will be presented with this update. As such, a Supplemental Engineering Services Agreement in the amount of $508,647.93 is requested should the Collin County Toll Road Authority desire to proceed with this project as proposed.

Purchasing Department Action

Collin County Toll Road Authority's consideration and any action regarding a briefing by CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. regarding design issues and, if favorable, contract amendment No. 3 in the amount of $508,647.93 for grade separating the roadway. Further authorize the Board President to execute the amendment. md
