Department Action

I respectfully submit to Commissioner's Court this agreement to continue Collin County Sheriff's Office participation with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Task Force and delineates the overtime reimbursement for Collin County.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to participate in the 2017 State and Local Task Force Agreement with the United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Grant period is effective October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 with no county match required. Further authorize the County Judge to finalize and execute same. jd
