Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an engineering services agreement between Collin County and Birkhoff, Hendricks & Carter, L.L.P. for design of Frontier Parkway Paving and Drainage Improvements in the amount of $1,958,290.00. Further authorize the County Judge to execute same. md

Birkhoff, Hendricks & Carter, L.L.P. was deemed the most qualified engineering firm to design the project per CO#2016-112-02-15.
