This is notification of establishing the budget for the Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP)/Hazards Program FY 2017. This federal funding is provided through the Department of State Health Services (DSHS). The grant period is from July 01, 2015, through June 30, 2017. The grant award was accepted on Court Order # 2016-504-07-18. While the total grant award is $1,090,654, the budget is only being established for first quarter (July 1 to September 30) expenses in the amount of $113,280.
