Department Action

I respectfully submit to Commissioners' Court the request to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the Celina Independent School District for the provisions of child abuse investigation services to the District by Collin County Sheriff's Office. This agreement runs from July 1, 2016 through September 30, 2019 and Celina ISD will pay an annual fee of $1,000.00. The fee may be adjusted within the three year period if deemed necessary due to population increase.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Interlocal Agreement No. 2016-304, between Collin County and Celina Independent School District for Child Abuse Investigation Services for the period July 1, 2016 through September 30, 2019 in the amount of $1,000.00 each year. Further authorize the County Judge to execute the same. JT
