Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 1 to the contract with Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA Inc, RFP 2015-220, Insurance, General and Excess Liability, to renew the contract at the same terms and conditions of the period of October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute same. Flat fee for services $402,334.00 for General Liability and $18,485.25 for healthcare liability per the attached Commercial Package General and Excess Liability & Primary Healthcare Facilities Coverage. go
