Department Action

Authorization of award for Appraisal Services, RFP# 2016-241, and enter into Professional Services Agreements. These firms will be utilized to provide appraisals needed to acquire right of way for various transportation projects and for other properties on an as needed basis. Funding will be determined by project when services are required.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award RFP 2016-241, Professional Services, Appraisal Services, to the highest evaluated offerors as per the attached documents and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the appraisal services agreements. md
