This is to request ratification of the automatic renewal of the Title IV-E County Legal Services Contract #23939924. The current renewal period for this Texas Department of Family and Protective Services contract is October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. This contract provides for the partial reimbursement of Collin County's legal services for CPS cases.
