This is notification of establishing the budget for the TB Prevention and Control (State) program for FY 2017. This state funding is provided through the Department of State Health Services (DSHS). While the grant period is from September 01, 2015, through August 31, 2017, the total allocation amount for September 1, 2016, to August 31, 2017, is $152,828. The grant award was accepted on HCF Resolution # 2016-2090-08-08.
