The Collin County District Clerk respectfully requests that the Commissioners’ Court conduct a public hearing on September 19, 2016, and consider approval of the District Clerk’s FY’17 Preservation, Restoration and Records Archive Plan.
In accordance with the Texas Local Government Code, Section 51.305, a public hearing shall be held to consider the written plan for the Preservation, Restoration and Records Archive of documents held by the District Clerk. The plan designates the public documents that are part of the records archive and expenditures subject to approval by the Commissioners’ Court.
