We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval for an extension of the On-Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Lucas. The term of the Agreement shall be for the period beginning October 1, 2016 and shall continue in full force and effect up to and including September 30, 2017.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of contract amendment No.9 to the Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Lucas for On-Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) Regulation, to extend the agreement for one year beginning October 1, 2016 and continuing through and including September 30, 2017; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. jd
