Department Action

This is notification of increasing the budget for the IDCU / Surveillance and Epidemiology grant program for FY 2017 in the amount of $78,778. This state funding is provided through the Department of State Health Services (DSHS). The grant period has been extended from September 1, 2015, through August 31, 2017. The grant award was accepted on HCF Resolution # 2016-2085-08-01.
