I respectfully request Commissioner's Court to approve an Interlocal Agreement for Jail Services with the Town of Fairview

This is for Jail Services for the period of one (1) year, through and including September 30, 2017 and may be renewed for an additional one (1) year term as agreed in writing by both parties.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Agreement No. 2016-276 Interlocal Jail Services for the Town of Fairview, from October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 and may be renewed for an additional one (1) year term as agreed in writing by both parties, and further authorize the County Judge to execute the same.
