Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of contract Amendment No. 1 for Inmate Health Care, RFP 2015-122 with Southwest Correction Medical Group PLLC to increase contract maximum 3.0% per the CPI to $5,433,519.86 for the period October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 (current contract is good through 9/30/2018) per the attached documentation and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute same. go
