This is a request for consent to establish an expenditure/match budget of $13,955 for the FY 2017 TxDOT DWI No Refusal Mandatory Blood Draw grant, which assists law enforcement personnel by providing DWI blood draws. Commissioners Court accepted the grant award on Court Order 2016-762-10-03. The current grant term is 10/01/2016 to 9/30/2017.

The County is required to provide an in-kind match of $13,955 utilizing existing District Attorney staff.
