Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Contract Amendment No.2 to the Interlocal Agreement for Teen Court Services between Collin County and City of Frisco to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including September 30, 2017 and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. City of Frisco shall pay the County a yearly basic charge of $15,000.00 to be paid in four (4) equal installments. jd
