I respectfully submit to Commissioner's Court the request to approve Contract Amendment No. 3 with the City of Lucas to change the Operating and Maintenance cost to $3,100 and the Deputy Salary to $93,278.00 for a total of $96,378.00 for year (2), commencing October 1, 2016 through and including September 30, 2017.
