I am requesting your approval for the attached FY2016 budget amendment which is related to the recent bond issue in an amount of $27,701,315. Also I am notifying you that the FY2016 revenue estimates are being adjustment by $60,783,315 which is also related to the same bond issue. The expenditure budget amendment to budget the projects has previously been approved by the Court.
