I respectfully submit to Commissioner's Court the request to approve amendment No. 5 to Contract No. 03191-12, Inmate Telephone Services with Securus. This amendment:
1.) extends the contract for the period of November 1, 2016 through October 31, 2017;
2.) adds Location Based Services at a cost of $634 per month.
