Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval for an extension of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Lowry Crossing for Environmental Services for a one (1) year period commencing on October 1, 2016 and continuing through and including September 30, 2017.

Payment is based on current population estimate of 1710 residents x $.80 per resident. The City of Lowry Crossing has requested that Collin County continue to provide Environmental Services within the city limits of Lowry Crossing.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 1 for Environmental Services between Collin County and the City of Lowery Crossing, 2015-337, to extend services beginning October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017, further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. The rate for FY17 will be $1,368. sh
