Department Action

The Project includes Design and Construction for a 6-lane divided roadway from US 75 to Fannin Rd. The project is estimated at $5,000,000.

The County’s 50% participation, or $2,500,000, would come from the following sources:
1) $1,150,000 allocated to this project #07-051, from the 2007 Bond Program
2) $1,350,00 in unused funds from the City of Melissa’s Bond Project #07-052, Fannin Rd. from Melissa Rd to SH 121

ACTION:
We request Commissioners Court consider approval of the Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Melissa for the Design and Construction of Davis Road from US 75 to Fannin Road; 2007 Bond Project #07-051, and authorize Judge Keith Self to sign the ILA.

Collin County's participation is a NTE $2,500,000.00.
