Department Action

The Project includes Preliminary Design only for a new 6-lane divided roadway on from US 75 to The Collin County Outer Loop. The design project is estimated at $250,000.

The County’s 50% participation, or $125,000, would come from unused funds in the City’s 2007 Bond Project #07-052, Fannin Rd from Melissa Rd to SH 121.

ACTION:

We request Commissioners Court consider approval of the Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Melissa for the Preliminary Design of Telephone Rd from US 75 to The Collin County Outer Loop; NEW 2007 Bond Project #07-00-66, and authorize Judge Keith Self to sign the ILA.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of the Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Melissa concerning the preliminary design of Telephone Rd from US 75 to the Collin County Outer Loop, NEW 2007 Bond Project #07-00-66; further authorize the County Judge to execute same. md

Collin County's participation is a NTE $125,000.00.

Total estimated cost is $250,000 with a 50% participation of $125,000 from Collin County. Bond Fund (471)
