Department Action

The Law Library respectfully requests approval of renewing the contract for Michelle Warmbrodt, a licensed attorney, to continue to conduct forms review for the Law Library. These forms are given to self-represented litigants and must be accurate. The purpose of this review will be to verify that the forms are current per statutory changes at the end of the most recent legislative session.
This is an ongoing contract that will be funded through the Law Library Fund. The contract renewal is for 6 months.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of contract renewal to Agreement No. 2015-074, Professional Services Agreement with Michelle Warmbrodt for an Attorney to conduct forms review for the Law Library, to extend contract at the same terms and conditions of the contract for the period October 1, 2016 through March 31, 2017 and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute same. go
